Kris is a real estate entrepreneur with 10 years of experience in the Buffalo market. His experience ranges from deal acquisitions, house flipping, and managing his rehab and property management teams. Kris is the day-to-day asset operator for Buffalo Dynasty Ventures. Kris also negotiates deals, maintaining communications with sellers throughout the entire process.

Eric Charlton

Eric graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelors degree in Finance. He has over 10 years of sales experience in multiple industries. Eric's primary focus is Investor Relations. He is in charge of educating investors on upcoming opportunities and keeping investors informed on active deals in which they have invested in. Eric also searches for opportunities off-market, communicating directly with sellers.
